Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods. They begin once your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, carrier backlogs). If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us at transfer25school@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us quickly and we'll do our best to help.
